On Wednesday, members of various parties raged in both the houses of Parliament on issues related to Ram Temple, Raphael Aircraft Deals, special state status for Andhra Pradesh and the safety of the farmers of Kaveri delta in Tamil Nadu. After the postponement of the Lok Sabha due to the ruckus, at around 1.25 pm, after the adjournment of the Rajya Sabha, after the adjournment of two times, it was adjourned for around two and a half hours all day. Amidst the rift, the Upper House passed an amendment bill related to autism disorder after a brief discussion.

On the second day of the current Winter Session of Parliament, on the commencement of the Lok Sabha, the newly elected members of Karnataka's Bellary and Mandya respectively were sworn in as VS Ugarappa and L. R. Sivaram Gowda respectively. Subsequently, the Sadan paid tribute to 11 former members who died recently. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan started the question hour as soon as the members of Congress, Shiv Sena and AIADMK came to the asan while shouting slogans. The members of various parties were shouting slogans with their planks. Seeing the turmoil, Mahajan adjourned the House proceedings till 12 noon.

 
Once the meeting of the House started at 12 noon after the postponement, once again, the members of the Congress, Shiv Sena and AIADMK came to the asan near their seats and started shouting slogans. The Congress members were demanding Rafael deal with the scandal in connection with the deal with the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC). At the same time, Shiv Sena members were shouting slogans on the issue of Ram Mandir. Members of AIADMK were raising the issue related to the Kaveri river. The TDP members were repeating their old demands for granting special state status to Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha Speaker congratulated ISRO scientists on successful launch of the GSAT-11 satellite in the midst of the ruckus. He congratulated the Rajya Sabha member and boxer MC Marikom for winning the World Boxing Championship recently on behalf of the House.

 
In the midst of the slogan of the members, the government also kept the Bind Protection Bill, 2018 in the House. The meeting was adjourned for no more than noon at around 1.25 in the afternoon. While the Rajya Sabha meeting began, former US President George HW Bush was paid tribute on his demise and the members kept quiet for a few moments in his honor. High House congratulated Boxer Mary Com on winning the gold medal in the World Women's boxing championship. Speaker M. Venkaiah Naidu said that for the sixth time, my com gave history by winning this tournament. The House congratulated Sonia Chahal, Simranjeet Kaur and Paulina Varghhal for winning the medal in various boxing events and making the country proud. 

Naidu congratulated scientists and technicians of the Indian Space Research Institute for successfully launching on December 5 of India's heaviest satellite GSAT-11. After this, the AIADMK and the members of various parties started a ruckus about the protection and other issues of farmers in the Kaveri delta area. Due to the tragedy, the proceedings of the Upper House were postponed till 12 o'clock till two o'clock in the afternoon. At two o'clock in the afternoon, after the meeting of the House started, there was a ruckus again in the House.
